Estrogen

The results of the test show that your symptoms indicate that your estrogen production is possibly somewhat low.

Symptoms of low estrogen you're probably struggling with:

Too little estrogen can cause uncomfortable and unwanted symptoms. This is common in early menopause –before age 40–, postpartum and in postmenopausal women.

With too little estrogen, your skin thins, your breasts sag, and you probably don't feel a lot of sex drive. The big concern here is that your bones, brain, and heart tend to age faster than they should.

A low production of estrogen is generally due to certain nutritional deficiencies and poor detoxification capacity through the liver and intestines.

Hormonal imbalances can be the result of multiple causes (digestive problems, stress, adrenal fatigue, fluctuations in blood sugar levels...) but the root cause of it all is one:

Detoxification is a natural process that our liver, intestine, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs and skin carry out daily to get rid of the by-products that our own body produces (metabolic waste) and the toxins that we absorb through the skin, lungs , the genitals, the digestive tract...
