Starting from the end, everything changes. Evolves. That's a fact (luckily!). And this could be applied to almost everything in life. Also in the realm of health and physiology. What two decades ago was true, now is obsolete and debunked. So probably, what now is announced and repeated many times as the truth, in twenty years from now some new discoveries will show that what we thought
is no longer valid.  


Said that, we can take a deep breath through our nose and smile, feeling that nothing will go wrong because we will always be willing to keep evolving and changing as we need. Shall we call it adaptation?

That's one of my basis, the flexibility and the capacity to adapt 

The Right Balance is a physical, mental and emotional process of seeking, observation, love and trust yourself. 

The self attacking process is not your fault, as you may guess. It is a consequence of a slow, long and almost imperceptible poisoning.
Body symptoms are a sign of confusion and imbalance, so it's necessary to stop, undo and clean all that up to 

start over again. 

And all that done in a natural and soft way.

Good things need some time to happen. That's why I believe that root changes need time, patience, kindness and determination.

I also believe that extremes are not a good place to stay for long...
That's why I designed a plan where you will find and
create the formula that best suits you.
