Every day you’ll learn and practice in our studio while taking in sweeping views of the mountains and the lake. Our studio is fully stocked so leave your mat at home.
• The first day will be dedicated to working on inner resources, grounding, and managing fear.
• The second day will focus on how we manage our anger and inner judgment.
• On the third day we will work on courage and inner guidance.
• The day of departure will be a day of integration and formulation of good intentions for returning home.

The shared room is designed in simple dormitory-style with two sets of bunk beds. An en suite bathroom is provided, and there are additional toilets and showers in the hallway.

SINGLE ROOM (GARDEN VIEW OR LAKE VIEW)
Comfortable, refined, and tastefully decorated, every single room has an en suite bathroom and Queen-sized bed to help you sleep deeply and peacefully, and consequently get the most out of your stay. You can book it for single-use or if you're coming with a partner can share it as a couple. You can choose between a room with a private veranda overlooking the garden and Temple, or one that overlooks the stunning Lago d'Orta.
TWIN ROOM (GARDEN VIEW OR LAKE VIEW)
Our twin rooms are shared rooms. Two single beds with a view and a quiet veranda looking out onto the garden and temple or overlooking the lake. A great place to relax between sessions.

HERMITAGES (IN FRONT OF THE POND)
Would you like to enjoy some more space when you come to Mandali? Our Hermitages will be the best option for you. They offer plenty of space for you to feel at home fully. The Hermitages are studios with a built-in kitchen, and a chill-out area to share a tea or coffee with others. They are built on two levels, with beds located upstairs, and downstairs.
