Daily Classes & Group Sessions
Every day you’ll learn and practice in our studio while taking in sweeping views of the mountains and the lake. Our studio is fully stocked so leave your mat at home.
• The first day will be dedicated to working on inner resources, grounding, and managing fear.
• The second day will focus on how we manage our anger and inner judgment.
• On the third day we will work on courage and inner guidance.
• The day of departure will be a day of integration and formulation of good intentions for returning home.
